1. Program Description
Family Pillars Homecare offers a mobile messaging program to communicate with clients, family members, caregivers, and prospective clients. Messages may include, but are not limited to:

Care coordination and schedule updates.

Shift reminders and adjustments.

Service inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups.

Administrative alerts from our team.

2. Customer Care & Support
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or have questions, you can easily get help:

Reply to any of our text messages with the keyword HELP.

Call our toll-free customer support line directly at (877) 777-0206.

3. Opting Out (Cancellation)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time.

To stop receiving text messages from Family Pillars Homecare, reply to any message with the keyword STOP.

After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you choose to opt back in.

4. Message Frequency and Rates
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services, schedule changes, and care requirements.

Cost: Family Pillars Homecare does not charge for our text messaging service; however, Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

5. Supported Carriers
The SMS program is delivered via major mobile networks. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy & Data Handling
We respect your privacy. Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier's name, and the date, time, and content of your messages.
